As I swam along the lake
As I swam along the lake,
I came across a velvet pink dress,
Laying upon the bright blue lake
Covered in blue, red, yellow flowers; all scattered over the pink velvet dress,
Was someone still in it?
I swam closer to take a deeper look,
I noticed that there was a brown haired girl in it.
Her face was so pale it was whiter than innocence,
Her eyes were as bright as the indulging blue water,
But as I look closer, I see her eyes slowly close.
Green grass was lying on the side of her,
With red rose petals lying on the side.
Slowly I collected the discarded rose petals,
And laid them on her.
